Our Namesake
History
The Inn at Carnall Hall at the University of Arkansas was initially built to serve as the college’s first dormitory for women. The building was named for Miss Ella Howison Carnall, an 1881 graduate of the University of Arkansas and an associate professor of English and modern languages.
Today, Ella’s Table pays homage to Miss Carnall by bringing Razorbacks and Fayetteville visitors together around the table for great food and genuine community.

From a young age, cooking has been more than just a hobby for me — it's been a lifelong passion.
After completing my education at the Art Institute of California, I delved headfirst into the world of professional cooking, accumulating over 30 years of experience along the way. With a strong background in Southern cuisine, I've had the privilege of exploring the rich and diverse flavors of the region, incorporating its traditions into my own unique culinary style.
